Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods, launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

Shipping inside Lebanon is free. Worldwide shipping costs are calculated once you place your order.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the courier. While we will assist in tracking your package, we are not liable for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier.
