Refund policy

Return Policy

We have a 2-day refund policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

The return fee is $5 for the driver to go and pick up your order. 

When we receive your returned item, we inspect it and make sure it is not damaged or worn. If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you your money back via Whish.

Exchanges 
If you decide to return the purchased item/s more than 2 days after receiving them then you would only be eligible for an exchange.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
